DIRECTIONS FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY

• Whether travelling north or south on Garden State Parkway, take LOCAL lanes (travelling south, Parkway divides into Local and Express after Raritan Bridge; travelling north, the divide is around Asbury Park).
• From GSP Southbound: Take exit 109 and turn left at exit ramp, onto Route 520 (eastbound, Newman Springs Rd.).
• From GSP Northbound: Take exit 109 and turn right at exit ramp, onto Route 520 (eastbound, Newman Springs Rd.).
• Continuing on Route 520: Proceed east on Rt 520 about a mile and half to first major intersection, which is Shrewsbury Avenue.  You will see gas stations on three of four corners.
• Turn left (north) onto Shrewsbury Avenue.  
• Proceed on Shrewsbury Avenue about a quarter of a mile to the first stoplight.  You will see an A.M.E. Church on the right.  That is Drs. James Parker Blvd.  Turn right at the light.
• Proceed on Drs. James Parker Blvd. about a third of a mile until you see our office building on the left, Number 48.  You can park on the street or in our lot. 

• Take Rt. 18 south to exit for Route 520, south or east to Red Bank
• Follow 520 east approximately 8-10 miles, to intersection with Garden State Parkway.  Then follow directions above for Garden State Parkway, starting at "Continuing on Route 520".
