Fishing
Downsville
Fishing
with my clients / friends has become one of my favorite pastimes. In
May of
1992 my then boss at McCarter &
English,
Joe Lubertazzi, organized a trout
fishing
trip to his palatial estate in a remote
(middle of nowhere) part of New York state known as Downsville. The
trip was
attended by a handful of lawyers from M&E and clients from First
Fidelity
Bank. The trip was a great success and became an annual event. In 2001 we celebrated the 10th
anniversary of the trip. Click here

following years by clicking on them:

The Cup
When
we stated this firm in 1996, we began to host an annual (sometimes
bi-annual)
striped bass fishing trip aboard the Jersey
Girl
out of Highlands, NJ.Over the years, a friendly, spirited competition
developed
concerning fishing and telling amusing stories on these trips. In 2000,
one of
my clients, Mr. Henry Warshaw of Virtual
Realty Enterprises, L.L.C., had the great idea of holding an
informal, but
more official competition, which has become known as Lord
Henry Warshaw VRE Cup.Click here for
reports
and pictures from the competition for the Cup.
